Shipping Policy

Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days after they are placed. Please note Saturday, Sunday, and National holidays do not count as business days.

Shipping is FREE for all orders shipping to a US address located within the 48 contiguous states. If shipping to AK, GU, HI, PR, VI, GU, APO/FPO U.S. Territories and P.O. Box buyers or international please contact us at CustomerService@buyrvlights.com and we will gladly provide you with a shipping quote.

BuyRvLights.com is not responsible for packages returned by the shipping carrier due to a declined shipment, not being available after 3 attempts, or due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. A 20% restocking fee may be levied plus the original shipping cost will not be refunded or customer will have to pay for return shipping if they still want the parts.

Free shipping is not applicable to returned orders.

Return Policy

You may return any new part within 30 business days or any defective part within 1 year from your date of purchase. No new returns will be accepted if the 30 days have elapsed. All parts to be returned must be in their original condition, and cannot be disassembled or damaged due to incorrect installation. We are not responsible for installation errors. We are also not responsible for any labor expenses, towing expenses, or rental car expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation.

Return procedure

 

New Part(s):

To initiate a return, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) within 30 days of the purchased date.

All items must be received in the original packaging and part must be new, unused and ready-to-sell condition (including all original packaging and parts) to receive a refund.

All return items require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). To get an RMA# go to the “Contact Us” page and email us. We need your order number, name, email address and the part number you wish to return, along with a detailed explanation of why you need to return it. If you do not have your order number, please indicate when your order was purchased and the full name you used upon ordering. All RMA numbers are e-mailed in 2-3 business days with a return shipping address and complete shipping instructions. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. All new returns must be postage paid; return shipping charges are not refundable. All return orders must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns that resulted from improper packing.

A 20% restocking fee is charged on all NEW returns that are not the direct result of our error.

Defective Part(s)

We offer a 1 year warranty on all our parts. To initiate a return, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) within 1 year of the purchased date

All items must be received complete and with no mis-use or abused product to receive a replacement.

If you do not have your order number, please indicate when your order was purchased and the full name you used upon ordering. We will offer a return label only if the defect is reported within 60 days of the purchased date. If past the 60 days of purchased date returns must be postage paid; return shipping charges are not refundable. All returned orders must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns that resulted from improper packing and credit will be denied if parts are received damaged. Buy RVlights.com does not accept returns on used items unless they have a manufacture defect.

Once the defective return is received the part will be inspected to confirm the defect. Once confirmed a replacement part will be sent out. We will ship the replacement postage paid only if the defect is reported within 60 days of the purchased date. If past the 60 days of purchased date the shipping cost of the replacement lamp must be paid by the customer.

Cancellation

All orders are electronically processed and forwarded to the warehouse immediately upon confirmation of the order. Therefore, there is a very short time for order cancellations. If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so BEFORE you receive the “Invoice – Payment” e-mail. No orders can be canceled after the payment has been confirmed, as the order will be immediately processed for shipment. All orders placed from Friday 5PM EST to Monday 9AM EST cannot be canceled, as these are processed over the weekend for shipment.
